I wish to document my sincere appreciation for the work carried out on a property I intend to buy. A full pest and building inspection was required at very short notice. The reputation that preceded him was accurate. Craig identified areas in and around the home that required immediate work. He was also able to put my mind at ease by proving that the majority of the house was sound and needed no intervention.

Craig encouraged me to join him on the inspection so he could explain any deficit or area that may have been of immediate or long term concern. He checked places that I though were impossible to access and was able to inform me of other regulations that were not within his brief but were of immense value to me, e.g. a warning about a problem with pool safety compliance.

I could not have been more satisfied with the work that was carried out by Auspect. I am delighted to write this endorsement, in fact it was offered not requested. The service was excellent and highly professional. I will continue to use Auspect for any further building and pest inspection or follow up work which I may require.
