Craig was professional from the moment he met me at the property. He outlined his background and qualifications as a builder and his work to become qualified as an inspector. He narrated his inspection as he went about his work, explaining the good, the bad and the indifferent. I appreciated his open, confident approach. He explained more complicated areas and provided examples of what good (or bad) looks like for comparative purposes. I will use Craig again for any future inspections in the area.
