Just to let you know that Fred and I were delighted with the building, pest and pool service you provided – even up to the point where you were happy to  jump in and fix what needed to be done to comply. It was great you could   issue our pool certificate on the spot and your building report came very   promptly. You are obviously very knowledgeable and very personable to deal with.
