Craig was professional from the moment he met me at the property. He outlined his background and qualifications as a builder and his work to become qualified as an inspector. He narrated his inspection as he went about his work, explaining the good, the bad and the indifferent. I appreciated his open, confident approach. Today was the 3rd time we have used Craig from Auspect for a building and pest inspection. Craig is very thorough, takes the time to explain everything, very personable and gives great advice and my wife and I would not use anyone else (especially after some of the nightmare experiences our other friends have had with other companies). We actually asked for an extension on the building and pest for this property purchase as we wanted to ensure we could get Craig out!! When you are buying something as significant as a new house, you want somebody that does a quality job and doesn’t rush through the inspection to get on to the next job, and that is exactly what Craig does. Craig at Auspect does an incredibly thorough job, explaining everything as he goes and doesn’t miss a thing. We are return customers and use Auspect for both our investment home inspections plus for when we purchased our own home.

Our pest control is also done by Craig and you just can’t get better service and results. The reports you receive are incredibly detailed and it’s clear Craig has examined every inch of the house from the contents of the report.
