Craig at Auspect does an incredibly thorough job, explaining everything as he goes and doesn’t miss a thing. We are return customers and use Auspect for both our investment home inspections plus for when we purchased our own home.

Our pest control is also done by Craig and you just can’t get better service and results. The reports you receive are incredibly detailed and it’s clear Craig has examined every inch of the house from the contents of the report.

The ongoing service from Craig is also outstanding. I’ve read the other reviews and see they agree except for one odd one out, ‘Woody Allen’. Disgruntled competitor?
