When our inspector/s visit your property they will be on site for approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours. Please note that a cancellation Fee of $80.00 applies if the appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice.

Email us the receipt information from your deposit if you want your account finalized so you can receive your report immediately.
A formal Tax receipt will be supplied after payment has been received & you will receive your report by either e-mail or hard copy.
