Auspect were very professional from the outset. Craig and his team assisted at short notice (when a colleague advised of a bad experience with the original inspector I had chosen) and undertook our building and pest in Graceville. Craig came highly recommended by the same colleague at work based on a survey previously undertaken in 2015 in SE Brisbane. Craig came up from the Sunshine Coast to SW Brisbane, arrived on time (actually had already set up when I arrived!) and was professional throughout and gave some great advice. Craig encouraged me to spend time walking around the property with him to achieve maximum benefit throughout (which I think is very important and would recommend to anyone) . A professional report tailored to my property was issued the same day and payment could easily be made on site there and then (I detest emailing credit card details).

I would definitely recommend Craig and his team as the service was genuinely excellent and would not hesitate to use Craig again in the future.
