I recently bought a place up in Helensvale and got the guys at Auspect Home Inspections to do a pest and building report for me… The guys at Auspect were so professional from the very start! The report given was so comprehensive, it outlined all the issues with the property (Minor) and opinions in getting them fixed… This report saved me an extra $2000 off the purchase price as the owners agreed some of the issues needed fixing.
