We purchased a house at Pacific Pines and Craig did the building and pest inspection. He was extremely helpful and went through the house with us room by room explaining what he was doing and answered all our questions. He was on time and delievered his written report that night via email. We would hesitate to recommend him to others and would use him again. His price for the inspection was reasonable. Nothing was a problem for him. Can highly recommend Craig.
