Today was the 3rd time we have used Craig from Auspect for a building and pest inspection. Craig is very thorough, takes the time to explain everything, very personable and gives great advice and my wife and I would not use anyone else (especially after some of the nightmare experiences our other friends have had with other companies). We actually asked for an extension on the building and pest for this property purchase as we wanted to ensure we could get Craig out!! When you are buying something as significant as a new house, you want somebody that does a quality job and doesn’t rush through the inspection to get on to the next job, and that is exactly what Craig does. His reports are high quality and completed the same day, so definitely a 5 star review from us.
