The inspection team from Auspect did a thorough job, when I called them over and I found their dealings quite transparent. From their quotation to the final report they gave me on the condition of my residence, there was hardly any difficulty faced by me. I would retain their services on an ongoing basis so that my house can remain pest free always.

Auspect were very professional from the outset. Craig and his team assisted at short notice (when a colleague advised of a bad experience with the original inspector I had chosen) and undertook our building and pest in Graceville. Craig came highly recommended by the same colleague at work based on a survey previously undertaken in 2015 in SE Brisbane. Craig came up from the Sunshine Coast to SW Brisbane, arrived on time (actually had already set up when I arrived!) and was professional throughout and gave some great advice. Craig encouraged me to spend time walking around the property with him to achieve maximum benefit throughout (which I think is very important and would recommend to anyone) . A professional report tailored to my property was issued the same day and payment could easily be made on site there and then (I detest emailing credit card details).

I would definitely recommend Craig and his team as the service was genuinely excellent and would not hesitate to use Craig again in the future.
